"I waited at counter for someone to take my order one visit that I came to which was last week literally everyone over looked me and was interacting with another woman talking and playing I let it go stood there for a whole 30 mins before I was served and to get my sweet lemonade and it was plain literally no type of taste to it money spent for nothing. I have visited the restaurant today same thing stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order but it was a worker there she was working hard I must very nice and caring she finally took my order and I order another sweet tea lemonade did tell the young lady what happened on my last visit she apologize she made my tea for it to end up with a bug in my drink and now i'm out of almost $3 for a tea I was unable to enjoy pissed is not even the word"

"The staff was very friendly. It actually made me smile considering a lot of establishments fail to value customer service now days. BUT there was hair (maybe 20" long) and trash from eaten food surrounding the drive thru window. HOW AND WHY IS THIS ACCEPTABLE!?!?!"

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Today, I came to the drive thru. There were absolutely no cars. I repeatedly said hello and received no answer, only for me to go inside the store (thinking their system may have been down) to see the employees loudly playing their own personal explicit music, horse playing, and slinging profanities throughout the store while talking to each other! Instead of trying to take my order, they continued doing what they were doing before they decided to approach the counter (even after asking me "if I wanted to place an order," and I responded yes) The state of customer service is sorely lacking in today society."

"I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin meal with a orange juice through the mobile app when I received my order and got home there was no egg on my McMuffin sandwich this is very disappointing and knowing that I spent my money and didn’t get what I spent my money on"

"Had a hair in my food and they messed up order no patty on a Big Mac and they didn’t want to comp the meal, have to drive back out of my way and then a week as if I brought my food back. I took pictures and called them about it when I got to my family house. Wow ! This isn’t the first time either which is weird."
