"Wanted to pick up some Hash Browns and went to eat em only to find out they were overcooked and burned. They taste terrible and smell burnt! Never getting there again."

"After giving this place the benefit of the doubt and going a few more times i see nothing has improved. I have received iced tea instead of Cold Brew on 3 separate occasions. The hot coffee is good once in a while only if you go early mornings. Also the surcharge for less ice is ridiculous."

"Longtime resident of the East Side and decided to try this Dunkin’ Donuts location on Avenue O for the first time. I saw a Ladies and men’s restroom and when I asked if I could use the locked restroom, I was rudely informed that restrooms were for employees only. Apparently, the customer is always wrong and unwelcome. The owner needs to reconsider if he values his customers."

"If I could give 0 star, I absolutely would! When we entered the store, we asked for a restroom, and the employee told us the restrooms were only for employees??! They didn't let us even wash our hands! Then we ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese, 2 sesame bagels with cream cheese, 1 caramel macchiato, and extra cream cheese. However, we got 4 plain bagels and a lot of cream cheese on the side!! We couldn't find any table to sit. There were only 3 tables! We had to go back to our car and eat our bagels in a mess because we had to put the cream cheese ourselves with our dirty hands. Funny thing is, the cashier had on a mask. What a mess! $23 down the drain."

"Good, fresh donuts and coffee. Very friendly and helpful customer service. Only wished they had more Non-dairy ice cream options. Nice addition to the area."
