"I love their coffee! Delicious"

"My parents and grandma went to this location about an hour ago and they said that they had ordered a large coffee and got a small hot chocolate which was completely opposite of what they ordered. My mother ordered a large hot chocolate and it tastes like water. What kind of chocolate would taste like water, that makes completely no sense. My father also asked for a large hot coffee with cream and sugar but he said that the coffee had no sugar! The customer service is also bad, my parents said that the guy had a bad attitude. This bad experience was honestly not the first time but this time I decided to write a review because there is no reason for this to happen. We went to our Dunkin Donuts that we usually go to and it is so different because right there they have great customer service and you get what you order unlike in this location. Do not come here because you will honestly waste your money."

"I ordered a frozen chocolate and it taste exactly like mint Icecream and gas this super weird after taste!!! The man at that worked there stared at us though the drive through window for a while until eventually opening it. Was here a few weeks ago to get Reese’s ice cream and got Vanilla instead. Wth!!?"

"They got my whole order wrong order a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel they gave me a plain bagel with nothing. Ordered a caramel macchiato with almond milk no caramel or almond milk"

"I place a mobile order, but when I arrive, my drink hasn't yet been prepared. The girl then gives me my coffee and nearly threw it at me while saying "here." I then drive away, take a sip, and on my second sip, I feel something in my mouth. I spit everything out, and a ball of hair—or what appeared to be hair—comes out. It was disgusting. This isn’t the first time this girl gives me a hard time and is rude."
