"I have a installation of a new car radio for my vehicle on the 31st, I tried calling this location today to see if there was a potential possibility to reschedule the installation to an earlier date and was pretty much told the only availability was the 31st or if I wanted to reschedule I could reschedule for January 11th. If I'm asking for an earlier date to have it installed why would you present me with an option that is almost 2 weeks later than what is already scheduled? I'm pretty certain I asked for an earlier date not a later one.
