"I've been in the Chicago Ridge location a few times recently. There's one employee there (I wish I could remember his name). He's super tall, anyway, he's extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The manager there couldn't be bothered and was a bit abrupt, but I'll go back just for this gentleman's knowledge and help."

"I had an exceptional experience at my local Home Depot! I forgot my wallet and needed a shovel to clear snow in front of the clinic where I work. Laura and Johnny, the store manager, went above and beyond by providing me with the shovel for free. Their kindness and understanding made my day, and I'm grateful for their excellent customer service. The store is consistently clean, creating a positive shopping environment as well. Highly recommend this Home Depot for their outstanding service and generosity!"

"I purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot. The installation team failed to secure my ventilation to wall and for about a month carbon monoxide was leaking in my house every use. Instead of them sending someone out on my day off I was told they had no appointments available and I would have to schedule for my next available day off which isn’t until Dec 27. Apparently after they get your money you’re no longer a priority. My dryer venting at this point is literally falling off the wall. I was told to unplug it and just turn the gas off. This how you treat a customer after spending their hard earned money. Home Depot train your installation team better. They never even taped the ventilation back to the wall."

"It's Home Depot, this is a average Home Improvement store. Shop here all the time, customer service is definitely a weak spot at this store. But as long as you don't need any help you should have no problems."
