"Went to this Ross to return an item, but I did not have the receipt. The cashier asked for my ID to give me store credit. My license is from D.C. Every time this happens the cashier can’t figure out how to enter in my license. In this case, the cashier couldn’t do it and called the manager. The manager was useless and told me to return it at the Ross location I bought it from because he couldn’t figure it out. What kind of a manager does that? He told me to call customer service or give him another ID, who has two state IDs? I asked if he can call someone to figure it out and he told me it’s my job as a customer to call and there was no one he could call. The manager was too lazy or uninterested or incompetent to do this job and find me a solution. His name is Roel. I ended up getting a store credit at the Evergreen park location."
