Bubba Lubba BBQ

"I saw all the positive reviews so i stopped in. I really wanted to like this place. I ordered over the phone and was quoted a price 2 dollars cheaper than when I got there. She charged me for bbq sauce and extra for brisket. The Pulled Pork is borderline disgusting. It is the worst bbq pork I have ever had. The Brisket was ok, but slightly burnt and very dry. The Barbecue sauce is easily hands down the worst I have ever had. It honestly tastes like someone took brown sugar, burned it, and doused it in honey and Ketchup and called it good. I won't be back. I wish I would have bought a tv dinner and drowned it in sweet baby rays instead. Maybe they just had an off night! A REALLY OFF NIGHT!!!"

"I've only been once, had pork sandwich. Mac-n-cheese, and baked beans. Would have no problem going back to try pretty much anything on the menu, as I'm sure it will also be good. I'm just having a problem justifying spending over $20 for it."

"Absolutely phenomenal! We had the haystack Sammy and the prime rib sandwich...both were so delicious! Cornbread and smoked green beans were excellent as well!"

"Two of us decided to stop here on the way to Kansas City and both of us thought it was the best BBQ we've ever had. Well worth the short detour from the interstate. Everything was juicy and full of flavor. Service was super friendly. The pitmaster/chef (Bubba Lubba?) seems to love what he does and takes pride in his work. I hope we have an opportunity to go back one day!"

"First time visiting and will not be the last. The meals are generous, the place is so clean and the staff are all friendly. We enjoyed everything and I even put in an order to take home for my husband and he was just as impressed. Can't wait to go back, YUMMY!"
