"Was pretty decent customer service. Bit slow but it was understandable as it was busy. Unfortunately they made almost every single thing I ordered incorrectly. I was in a rush to get back to the highway and didn't check anything before I left. I ordered a nacho fry box and quesarito on the side. Got cinna twist deals instead of fried which were dreadful. The hardshell taco was regular instead of doritos shell. The chalupa was made correctly. The quesarito had beans on it, no sour cream, no nacho sauce, no cheese layer, and was not grilled. All of the food was fresh, unfortunately the staff didn't know how to make it."

"I stood in line waiting to order in front of the registers. She took the order from someone else who walked in after me. When I finally got to order, I was ignored when I greeted her and not greeted back. The food took forever to come out and when it did, it was loaded with tomatoes. The one thing I asked is “no tomatoes.” The burrito basically blew up with overloaded nacho “cheese” sauce and sour cream, so gross. It was a pretty lousy experience overall."

"I never write reviews, but this place has inspired me to. It genuinely sucks. Every single time I go here I end up sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, even if I’m the only car in line. They mess my order up EVERY time and I only get half of what I paid for (if I’m lucky), and all of the workers are rude. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. STAY AWAY!!"
