"This McDonald's is the absolute worst. They are always slow and the food is usually cold. I went there today and ordered a mcgriddle and hash brown. Of course I had to pull forward. They never have food ready . I got a cold hash brown and soggy mcgriddle."

"Employees could do better. You know in some movies that start out with someone going into a rural small town and into a restaurant where the staff isn’t so friendly or is indifferent to outsiders? This is one of those places. My order required a staff lead / supervisor for a refund because my order was wrong and I had already paid. I was overcharged. It’s fine. Mistakes happen! The issue was when the employee called the supervisor to issue a refund. No eye contact. Didn’t even say hello. Made it seem like I was burdening her day. Running a business requires you to give the perception that everyone is welcomed and that you are happy that they are visiting your establishment. That isn’t what I got from the supervisor. And if leadership isn’t showing it, do you think it will trickle down to the non-leadership employees?"

"I ordered my food and paid and accidentally responded "you too"when worker that looked strangely like Chris Griffen from family guy but with black hair got mad. Dude had zero patience. Chris Griffen lookalike shouldn't work at the establishment if he treats his customers that way"

"found exactly 6 fries in a small order that were not too hard to eat....as in CRUNCHY type hard. I hate wasting money at these McDonald's that can't even give a person fresh French fries. and the friggin' bun on both my burgers were stale. They went into the trash as well. I know not ALL Mickey Ds are bad but this one sucked."

"I pulled up to the outer lane of the drive through and the voice said that they would be with me in a minute. So I waited. The inner lane then took five orders and moved cars forward while I waited. It wasn’t fair. I felt cheated. It probably cost me an extra twenty minutes. When they are operating two lines, the expectation is that they will take turns taking orders and moving cars forward. It took way too long. Plus I never got an apology. No discount for it happening. No explanation."
