"The Manager was loudly explaining to crew members why certain people were let go and why hours were cut. One girl looked like she was crying and embarrassed. This Mngr was actually in the dining area in front of customers. She didn't stop running her big mouth the entire time people were trying to eat. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. If anyone should be let go I would pick the underworked overpaid boss. Sorry I didn't get her name but it was on January 16th late afternoon. Ruined my meal!!!"
