"Great location if you like hair with your food"

"Is this restaurant chain a joke?? This is the SECOND time you all gave me a undercooked, raw, pink Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. The first time when I went to return it, I stood in line for about 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged and I was the only customer in the store. One employee walked to the front, looked at me, and began sweeping. No acknowledgement, greeting, someone will be right with you, nothing. Finally the Manger on duty walked up and said how can I help you. I explained the situation and she asked if I wanted another burger, she took it and walked off. Didn't ask me if I wanted anything for the inconvenience. As a manager serving customers for 19 years and counting, this is simply unacceptable. This time, I went to a second location and asked for my burger to made well done, what did Wendy's do? They gave me ANOTHER RAW undercooked, pink, Jr. Bacon cheeseburger l. I'll just say this, it takes months to find a loyal customer, and only seconds to loose one."

"This place has to be owned by idiots. I’ve never had a positive experience at this location. First they tried to give me the wrong food. Then I get home and they’ve given my 4 year old daughter spicy nuggets in her kids meal. The poor boy in the drive thru had no idea what he was doing… I will never ever.. ever ever… go back to this sorry excuse for a Wendy’s… Who owns major food franchise in a prime location and allows it to fall like this?"

"They upgrade your meal without asking and right you when you want the small. The meals are made terribly and like someone literally threw it at the counter. Nothing is fresh. It’s not a $5 meal if you upgrade it without asking"
