"The server was amazing even though I still received onions on both burgers she apologized and was willing to have them redone no time 4 that it was packed we were not upset about it just needed 2 b addressed all good burgers were delicious hot and tasty we just have onion breath lol merry Christmas and happy new year"

"I went through the drive through at 9:10 pm. I was literally the ONLY person there. 0 people ahead of me and 0 people behind me. I paid for my order and was asked to pull forward to make room for the vehicles that weren’t behind me. I waited 10 minutes and an employee came outside and walked around my vehicle for some reason and walked back inside. 5 minutes later the same employee walked outside again and then went back inside. About 5 minutes later a vehicle came through the drive through, paid for their order, received their food, and then drove off. About 10 minutes after that an employee came outside and asked if I was waiting on something. I explained that I placed an order 30 minutes ago and was still waiting on it. I was asked what I ordered, I gave the employee the receipt and asked if I could just get a refund which I haven’t received. I was told that my order was given to someone else by mistake. I explained that I was paying attention the entire time and the only other person that came to this establishment left just a few minutes ago. I literally paid McDonald’s 10 dollars to sit 5 feet away from their door for a half hour."

"Always have to pull up and wait in a spot for them to bring the food out to you. After waiting in line for however long it takes it’s frustrating to get asked to pull up and wait for another 15 minutes when they tell you it will only be a couple. This happens almost every time I go there."

"We have doordashed food a few times now, and every time had to offer the driver extra money to go back and get the rest of our order. Today, incomplete order AND broken eggshells on my burger. Gross."
