"2/5/24 9:13 pm. Went through the drive through and ordered a quarter pounder w/cheese, a large fry and a large iced tea. The quarter pounder was very sloppily put together, the meat was not warm. The fries were the problem though. They were THE WORST fast food fries I’ve had in 40 years. Undercooked, very greasy and cold. I just got done working 14 hours straight and was just looking forward to some warm food on my way home. What a disappointment. Lame. Have some pride in your job. No excuse for how absolutely horrible that food was."

"Would be good food if it was open when they say they are. Both on google and their door says 5 but still locked at 5:30. Would say they just forgot but one employee was just sitting there eating a sandwich as she saw I couldn’t get in. So i can only assume its not meant to be open or she’s an awful worker."

"Came here with my children. 2 car lanes to order from. I was the first to approach ordering speaker. 2 cars passed and ordered through the other line, watched both of them pay and pick their food up promptly. Lady on drugs still told me to wait to order. so I sat and waited. As the 3rd person in the other line placed their order I decided to drive forward to the first window. Thats when the staff dodged the window for a lengthy time. Here me and my children are left with uncertainty of this establishment. The staff obviously on drugs refuses to take your order then hispanic manager refuses to take your order. Manager uses the excuse that there was a large party and thats why the lady on drugs couldn’t take my order which I replied, 3 vehicles that were after my arrival had prompt service so it became obvious the manager was only dishing out a excuse for the lady on drugs. It’s not a franchise so be ready to have meth frys or drugs in your food. Do NOT take your children here. Very scary to have this in our town of Issaquah. be afraid very afraid. Asked the very unprofessional manager if I could record what was happening good thing the health department is involved and investigating."

"The spicy chicken sandwich didn’t taste cooked flipped the sandwich over and it’s was all wet I would not recommend it!! The photograph is how my sandwich was when I took the bread off just sick never again"
