"It's McDonald's what can I say? Lol I think McDonald's has gotten way too over priced! You can probably go to most regular restaurants and pay about the same amount for much better food! I don't think McDonald's realizes that there food is not a high-quality product. I would much prefer not to go to McDonald's unless they are the only ones open at the time you get some food."

"One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. First, they burnt the buns. On all 3 of the McChickens and hamburger. Next they replaced my hamburger with a cheeseburger with other things on it, still burnt. The McChickens buns were still over toasted too but he ate what wasn't so bad and the patty. Then they gave me another burger with the bun burnt so they lathered it in ketchup so much that it was all over the wrapper. And extra onions means just enough to see them? By then my fries were cold. And my burger was not edible and no one seemed to care that they were just selling burnt buns and fixing it with more burnt buns, so I threw the burger back in a bag, the fries with it, put my drink on the counter and told them that their food was horrible and walked out. It's McDonald's I get that, but have some pride in what you serve to people, because that was complete TRASH, and you know it, since you got to put it there (3 times)! I recommend stopping at a different McDonald's. I regret my choice to stop in Manteno."

"Great Service from staff and excellent Food. The Lady manager was decked out in Packers gear and was very personable, friendly and entertaining!"

"The staff didn't notice me standing at the register at all. They were busy running around handing a phone back and forth to each other and chatting amongst themselves. After almost 10 min I gave up and entered my order online. Then my food was quick but it was like they only had eyes for the screen."

"I am so disgusted! My husband ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and they are both FAR from crispy! This is a whole raw chicken breast! Hello!!!! Salmonella?!? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! You are going to get people severely sick. This is a MAJOR health hazard. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!"
