"Tried the Old Colonial Inn Saturday evening for the first time. Loved the historic old building and decor. We were seated in the library, which was less crowded and cozy. Our server, Liz was very informative and attentive. Our dinner selections were delicious, followed by raspberry white chocolate cheesecake. We were not disappointed and look forward to returning."
"The decor is classy and the authenticity of the historic building is amazing. The food is delicious and the service and sense of community is clear."

"I was at Old Colonial Inn with 10 fraternity brothers....the owner is also a fraternity brother. Great prime rib, cooked to perfection and the cream of mushroom soup was outstanding. And Mike and Mara are the perfect hosts."
"The Old Colonial Inn is a very nice little restaurant, and my wife and I had a great time. The restaurant is located inside of an old hotel, and if you like historical settings, then you'll love the vintage feel of this place. The hotel rooms don't seem to be used for anything anymore, although it seems like it would make a great B&B. They have a small but tasty menu of dishes, and the prices might be a tad high, but not terrible. The size of the portions could be a little bigger, especially the salads, which seemed unusually small for some reason. The quality of the food, however, was first rate. The restaurant itself was nicely decorated, and there are several rooms available. This gives it a feeling of being nicely intimate, without ever feeling crowded, since they can spread guests out into other rooms as needed. The bar room is nice and the staff were friendly. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant. However, at these prices, mostly I would go for special occasions, like dates or anniversaries. If I was just hungry and wanted a good meal, I would probably go to the excellent family restaurant just down the street."
