"Was there for a Birthday party wasn't that good Personally, it felt like the staff seemed like they had somewhere better to be .not rude but just didn't want to be there I get that but Didn't make for a very good experience. Pizza was mediocre at best."

"First time eating from them,haven't tried everything but 8" pizza coupon my daughter had tasted decent. Sauce was a different flavor than others,which made it okay. Service ...got odd stares,no welcome in when entered, service could have been a lot better."

"Have gone to this Monicals for over a decade. The quality of food had always maintained a high level however, it seems the service is suffering strictly in the sense of staffing. The last few times I’ve been, it appears that they only have one server handling the entire floor which leads to smaller things being missed. Otherwise they do a great job."

"WE WALKED OUT!! We thought we would give them another try. My fiancé and I ordered a side salad.. ok that was fine. We also ordered the 10pc mozzarella sticks for us and the kids.. those came to the table and they were RUBBER and COLD! We all lost our appetite and didn’t even want to wait to be disappointed with the pizzas we ordered!! It’s pretty sad when you can’t even go to your local pizza place and get a decent meal!! If I could give 0 stars, I would!! This is the 2nd time we went there, and will definitely NEVER be going back!! I should of just had my normal Papa John’s delivery delivered to our house!! I am beyond disappointed! We gave our waitress $20 to over pay for what we consumed, but even that was a rip off because it was beyond the WORST experience and a pizza place, EVER!!! They should be shut down!! NEGATIVE 5 stars!!! Even little Caesar’s would of been better!! Now to drive 45 minutes to go feed our kids!!!"
