"Management is not professional at all. They were suppose to call back; cause I’m a contractor in the area & was looking for a reasonable rate for 13 wks. Still have heard from the woman that was suppose to return my call. Spend your $$ elsewhere. Don’t waste your time"

"Super friendly staff and a great restaurant downstairs. Kid friendly. Rooms are quiet and you don’t hear much noise from those around and above you. Parking lot is well lit and secure. Scenery around the hotel is beautiful as it’s nestled in the Appalachian foothills. We have stayed here multiple times and will always make this a stop each time we come through!"

"Amazing place to visit and right off the interstate. Easy to find, beautiful view, and everyone there is amazing. The restaurant, Grille 22, is top notch. Mallory at the front desk was just wonderful. She had an answer for every question I had, and she made sure we were taken care of fully. I will definitely be back!"

"This is our go-to hotel when traveling between the Midwest and Florida. The beds are super comfortable and the sheets are the softest we have ever experienced. No kidding, even the Four Seasons hotels we have stayed didn't have such comfortable sheets. The restaurant downstairs is great and if you catch the weekend breakfast buffet it's got some amazing southern dishes you won't find anywhere else. They had a live band that Saturday night when we arrived and they were great. A special shout out to the front desk folks, especially Crystal. She even wished me a happy birthday on check out (I think my wife must have told them). We will be back!"

"Tucked away in a secluded mountain range. The views are breathtaking. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a very kind smile and a sweet southern drawl. Beds are welcoming and so fresh. Noise is nothing but nature that God surrounds you with. Bathrooms are roomy and very well lit! Not to mention, the cute fountain in the pool creates a calming serenade as you dine under the stars. The food is so fresh and the servers are very kind."
