"***Update**** I received the review from the owner. I went to the link filled out info and it's been over a week - still haven't heard Anything! I'm not asking for "free" food or anything. Just don't understand why I was asking the best way to reach me and a time beat for me without a response. Worst customer service EVEN from the store manager. Ordered 2 for $5 sausage and egg biscuit. Wanted to ad cheese and NO Sausage on one of them manager was very rude after saying they can not add cheese or take anything off the biscuit. First off, I managed restaurants and Hardee's in 1990's. Never I have EVER heard not up selling or taking sausage off! That's making more $ so I don't know what she's so worried about following the "rules" I bet if it was her order for her friend, this wouldn't be an issue. Not returning!"

"Whoever works at this location on Thursdays around 11am needs to fix their attitude. The woman on the speaker was arrogant and disrespectful. When asked if we could have extra ketchup she proceeded to walk away the first time as if she couldn't hear us, and then the second time she rolled her eyes as she handed us the ketchup. Do better."

"I hadn’t eaten at Hardee’s in awhile until about 4 months ago and I think I’ve visited this location for breakfast 4 times since and Hardee’s country fried steak and egg biscuit is still just absolutely wonderful. Usually I get there earlier than I did today and I’m the only car at the drive thru but today cars were wrapped around building and i was very impressed by how efficiently and quickly the line of cars kept moving and in no time I also had my order, hot, fresh and delicious and was on my way. But my favorite part about this Hardee’s has to be said. The man, the very nice man who works the window puts me in a good mood. His positivity and friendliness is contagious and he is ALWAYS top notch customer service. My morning experience with him is what has set the tone for this Friday and it’s gonna be a good day. As always, thank you sir."

"25 mins sitting in drive thru behind 4 other cars. None of them moved. It’s 10am and the doors are locked ."

"I came by threw the drive thur and sat behind another vehicle for 15 minutes with thee store being empty and us being the only two in line. The car in front of me proceeded to drive around and I pulled forward. At the order call thing I blew my horn and asked out if the store was open and looked for any possible sign that the store may not be open. Once I got no response I pulled forward to find the vehicle in front me arguing with someone at the window. This went on for a few minutes before he pulled off. I pulled forward to see if the store was closed and employees walked past the window while I sat for 10 minutes before a young women with red braces told me they were open and that I needed to drive back around and get back in line. I went home and told my man and he went back for me to go on the inside and they told him their lobby was closed and that in needed to get in drive thur while it was pouring down raining. He went thur the drive thur where we sat for 10 more minutes with no one coming to the call."
