"I used to see Stephanie who was AMAZING. She is no longer there so I saw Roya. She was nice but my eyebrows are uneven they look worse than before I went as she didn’t do them evenly. She applied a makeup to my brows and skin after waxing so when I saw them I did not notice how bad they were until the make up caused me to breakout and itch. And I was given a makeup wipe to remove it. She clearly was covering her mistakes. They did refund me, for that I am thankful but now I have to wait months to have my brows grow back in. I will not go back. If you go make sure to see your brows before any makeup is applied. I should have done so. I could have let her know then that I was not happy. Hopefully my skin clears up And brows grow back fast. I can no longer recommend Ulta browbar."

I hadn’t had my brows done in literally YEARS, so she did a brow mapping and made my brows symmetrical (which is no easy task LOL) then did a brow trim and tweeze. The pic doesn’t do it justice; she didn’t blindly follow the trends but instead took her time and tailored it to my face."
