"Amazing customer service!! My daughter was looking for a good used dependable car and I located one at Acura. It is a 2008 Acura rdx with 134,000 miles. Jacob Bryd, the sales manager along with Kim, the used car processor went above and beyond to make the transaction a success! The car was in immaculate condition and they treated us with the BEST service possible. Leonard our salesman went over everything with my daughter who was purchasing her very first car in HER name. The service was awesome including Willie Reams who brought the car to our house for a test drive with a full tank of gas and recent detailing on the car! Where do you get this level of service?? I usually trade cars every couple of years, and I have never had this type of A- class service! I will be purchasing an Acura MDX tech for my next car. Jacob Bryd will find exactly what you are looking for and deliver with a smile and a handshake! "I bought a 2023 TLX and the only good part of the experience was the purchase. Once they get the money they won't take care of you. I have a noticeable issue with noise at the driver's door/window and they weren't able to find this issue and some said thet heard nothing. Then a major issue with my brakes. They said it's "normal ". I contacted Acura and all they did was talk to the service manager and said the same thing. I then filed and won a claim with NCDS which I was awarded a repair. Only to be told by the dealer they won't replace the part because it's working normally. Acura as a company said they can't make them do it. Avoid this dealership at all costs and probably Acura vehicles as they won't stand behind their products or warranty."

"Recently purchased a 3 year old used Acura MDX from King Acura. Very nice car however there was a noticeable rattle that only happened through slower speeds that would occur in typical neighborhoods. (I did test drive the vehicle prior to purchase but only on higher speed roads). I noticed this rattle in one of the rear shocks the following day after I purchased and notified them. I called and brought the car by for them to look at. They agreed there was an issue. However, their (used car manger) had a immediately different tune since the car was sold (within 1 day) and they said they wouldn't help me since I signed. I wish they would be fair and have better customer service on this immediate concern. Pretty much there was no help as soon as they received their money. The salesman was great but the used car manager was not."

He was also very understanding as we debates color options and gave us a true, behind the curtain view of the vehicles.
