"I was looking for a place to have a pair of shoes repaired. I went to the store and it was neat and clean inside. The customer service was amazing, and they repaired my shoes in less than three days. I was also able to purchase a nice leather belt as well. If you need your shoes repaired, cleaned, or a sole replacement, stop by. You will love it..."
"I have used this location a few times for repairs for my shoes and was pleased with the service, so much so I was a returning customer. I noticed while in the store there was a luxury handbag and asked if they made repairs to them, and was told yes. Upon returning with my bag and explaining to the owner what I wanted done, he showed me how he would repair it and I agreed and paid in advance for the services. Upon picking up my bag, I noticed the stitching was uneven, double stitched in some areas but not others, glue was on the bag and the leather added was lifted in some spots due to no stitching. I left the bag because the owner was gone for the day. When I called to speak w/the owner he was very rude and told me he did the best he could and lied stating he told me he couldn’t really do it before I left it, which he did not or I would have never left my purse with him to destroy. He tried to over talk me and told me to hurry up because he was busy, refused to give me a discount even after acknowledging there was glue and gaps between the leather that were not stitched, but assured me it would not open later. Needless to say, I will NEVER return here again. The owner is rude to his customers and cares nothing about owning his mistakes and making it right to retain his relationship with his customers."
"I had a very expensive pair of steel toe work boots that I finally got broken in after 3 years. Then, the inside behind the heel completely came out on the left boot. They replaced the piece on both boots, and they now fit perfectly again. Thank you so much for a quality job at a fair price! I will definitely bring more work your way. I highly recommend!"
"I have Leather Coats, Leather Boots, Leather Saddles, Leather Goods Galore. Most things I can do myself except Sew. The People who Own/ Operate this Shop are 'The Shoe Nazis'. Incredibly Rude for No Apparent Reason (Must have a Chronic Toothache). I spent 41 years in the Military, Retired, Treat Everyone with Respect. Each Time I Go Here, I just Bite my Tongue only because I need something done. Once, I parked and was walking in and one of them stopped me before I got to the door and asked 'What Do You Want ?' ...I told them I wanted to Buy something (Supplies) inside the store and shook my head. I've since started Buying all my Leather Care Products Online (Saddle Soap, Neatsfoot Oil, Laces, Mink Oil, Conditioners). Life is Too Short for Interact with These People who Never Learned How to Treat their Customer, like a Customer...or even a Decent Human Being."
"Had a handle replaced on my luggage on July 13,2023. Owner was a little rude. I also had a ripped tote bag sown back. The minute the airline picked up my luggage, the handle came off. Sixty-six dollars and I still have to have the handle replaced. I was extremely disappointed. In my opinion this was s waste of time and money. Update…After calling and explaining what happened, I took the luggage back. The owner was very nice and apologized. He agreed to fix for free with a guarantee. So, I’m updating my comments to reflect my recent experience."
