"My wife and I limped into this facility on a Sunday afternoon in our Tiffin Phaeton with an MIL warning and 7 ECM related fault codes. Mike guided us into an RV site with hook ups at the facility on an emergency call. He was great. The next morning Justin and Kelly got us in a bay at 7:30 and had us diagnosed and repaired by 10. They were wonderful. A bad relay switch. The technician was very competent. This should be the role model for Cummins operations. Great job!"

"Never expect these guys to even pick up the phone to put you on hold. Must have the ringers turned off to keep from having to help customers. Not a good way to represent the Cummins Brand."

"A+ for this superb service and customer care. We arrived in our motorhome late in the afternoon the day before our morning appointment for work on our onboard gas Onan generator. We were welcomed with complimentary RV electric and water hookups for us to stay the night in our motorhome. They then got us in first thing in the morning, gave us coffee, and we were on our way in less than 45 minutes! Great customer service up front from Denise and Phillip, and then great service on our Onan generator from Steven. Thank you all very much! "These guys are great! Our RV broke down & we parked in the grocery store next door. They open early & had all the parts we needed in stock & after we repaired it the service manager came over & ran a diagnostic with his computer. I'd give this place more than 5 stars if I could!"
