"I have tried calling your location sporadically for a period of 1 month and the phone is never in service. I came into your location after receiving a new card, to update my draft on file in early May. I got a text today stating unable to process my payment, presumably because the old card on file was used , which was cancelled in early May. I called in early May to inquire about process to update my draft on file and ultimately drove 30 minutes to come into store to handle it because the phone did not ever work. I inquired when i came in about my attempts to call and was advised the store's phone service just "has issues." Apparently, those issues have been ongoing and no effort is being made to resolve them. Now, after receiving text today, I have tried calling numerous times to find out what's going on but the phone to this location is still not working. Great beds and services offered, but the process for the above should not be this difficult, and my coming into the store with my new card over a month ago should have ensured that my membership continued without interruption. Yet, here we are. And i am unable to get a call through to address it."

"Absolutely love this Palm Beach location!!! The staff is always so attentive and knowledgeable with products and skin care. I've been to [roughly] 12 of their different locations across the South, and Prattville is my favorite! They have one of the biggest selections of all 4 -level beds, including Stand -up ones, and 2 different types of sunless / spray tan booths. The ONLY reason I did 4 stars, and not 5, is because of Palm Beach Tan in general and their [outdated] billing. It's 2022, exchanging money & bills take minutes not days. If you want to cancel you "no contract" membership or freeze your account, it has to be done by the 25th of the month ... even in February, LOL, when there's 3 days left; yet in months with 31 days or 30, it's still the same... I understand having things prepared for your end of month finances, but come on! Also, the fact you can't cancel or freeze your account online. Not even through Chat or calling. The reason given, is they need a signature! Again it's 2022, electronic signatures and pin pad signatures CAN be online!"

"It was a little confusing and overwhelming at first, but thanks to the patience and the knowledge of the employees...What a fun first experience. I think the cost of the tanning products are a little high, but I realize you have no control over that. Love it being so clean and look forward to each visit!!"
