"Racist against black people in a city where black people are more than 50% of the population. I went in for cologne and while some workers were nice, they grew nosy as I was just literally in spot, sniffing colognes. A worker literally came over and started trying to look into my phone! When I walked out they had a police car waiting outside the building ☠️. Which is ironic considering I had just spent $500+ at Kohls and was looking to spend more ☠️."

"I love this location. Winter helped me throughout my visit. From beginning to end, her assistance was GREAT. Her customer service is EXCELLENT! She is a great aesthetician. Joey also helped us during the process. Will visit again, 5 STARS."

"This place was absolutely amazing! When I went into the store, I was greeted by everyone with kindness and respect. Joey,Becca(I think that’s how you spell it), and the guy Noah (love his personality) all took care of me! I only went in to look at cologne and now I have a list of great colognes I plan on buying from this team! I can’t wait! Secondly, Abigail helped encourage me to set up an appointment for my eye brow waxing which was a tremendous help because I have been lacking confidence lately and figured men don’t do that! I’ve been looking rough lately! This team is a TEAM and I would recommend anyone to go here! I definitely feel this is also the cleanest store I’ve been to! I would say it would be wise of @sephora to look into hiring someone to help provide security to stop thieves. These women/men deserve more respect and appreciation seeings they provide customer care for the city of Montgomery!"

"Just walked in this particular location and was not greeted nor asked if I needed help or nothing they just looked at me and my daughter. However, I saw four different groups of the other race walk in and was greeted instantly and even offered a shopping basket and asked if they needed help finding anything lol. I’ll buy the product I came for elsewhere!"
