"Owner has a very NASTY attitude. Something dropped accidentally while I was looking at another item. In which I had nothing to do with- by the way. I was no where near it. But I would have picked it up. Simply because I have manners and etiquette-which this store clearly lacks!!!! Then, all of a sudden she screams out - WHAT WAS THAT? AH!!! Like she was in total disbelief that something fell!!!! REALLY!!? Next, she proceeds to come over near where I was standing and started to look for whatever it was that fell.However, she was unable to find it either. Oh yeah, while she was trying to find the item; I did mention that I tried looking for it but didn’t see anything. She never said it’s okay, thank you or any of the above. Then, her assistant screams out, DID THEY PICK IT UP?!???!!! Never again will I return!! Business lacks professionalism, interpersonal skills, and appearance!! Not worth my hard earned money nor time."

"Got hair for my crochet braids. The service was great. Everyone was nice. I told myself I would’ve review if it was a good experience because these reviews aren’t the best here. But I didn’t experience any of the things anyone wrote about. Also I didn’t see the staff being rude to anyone else while I was there."

"Very unprofessional, and very rude! I have heard other people talk about how rude they were,but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.l was a regular, and dedicated customer. Until they got rude with me for trying to figure out how to do a return item. That's a No!No! Never again they're going to lose alot of business.They most definitely have lost mine. I don't do nasty attitudes ,but you have to pray for people like that. Why would you get ugly with your customers for no reason. That's how you make your money. I don't even want to rate them a one star."

"The African-American woman that works in this store is one of the rudest people I have ever meet. She was standing in the store with tool to grab wigs from the top shelf, I kindly asked if I could have a certain wig, she looked at me and said “ you don’t see her up there” referring to the young foreign lady at the counter who was overly busy on her phone (also very rude). Not the first time that this has happen in this store. She was angry because, I was interrupting her conversation with her friends that was hanging around the store. I will never return to this location, the customer service is horrible."
