The individual room of the therapist (Valerii) that I saw was peaceful. The table was quite comfortable! Unbelievably soft. The massage was targeted to an area of my neck with strained muscles and she knew exactly how to work that area to bring some relief. Great mix of both therapeutic and relaxing touch. I appreciated her use of heat during the session, as it really penetrated into the muscle bringing almost immediate relief. The hot towel traction at the end was so needed! Thank you! Her technique is so good that I'm fairly certain I will cancel my membership elsewhere to see Valerii on a more regular basis going forward.
