"Updated Edit: The company so graciously reached out to me and somehow my initial email didn't go through. They offered me a facial for free to make up for the one I was disappointed with. I'm very grateful and have therefore adjusted my rating. Thank you MD Aesthetics! I've been here twice with a gift card for my birthday. My first appt i did a chemical peel that I was very happy with. I had money left on my card, so I booked a basic facial. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my facial service. I really thought being a medSPA that the spa experience would be included and it wasn't. The girl who did my facial was very sweet but nothing she did I couldn't have done at home. I was very much looking forward to all the frilly relaxing aspects of a facial and none of that was included. She double cleansed, exfoliated, did a few extractions and let me just lay there for 10 minutes with a mask on. No face massage, no hand massage, scalp massage, nothing of the sort. I've looked on their website trying to find the exact service I received and can't seem to find it so I don't know if this was like a random special or something? I also reached out to the spa themselves telling them I wasn't super happy and I never got a response back from them so I have no idea. For $70 it was not worth it for me. I'm sure they have great services here, I was just disappointed that my critique was either ignored or overlooked. I've waited quite a while to write this in hopes they might reach out, but nothing that I'm aware of."

"Jody is hands down the best. She is extremely friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. As someone who is pretty low maintenance, learning about skincare can be overwhelming. So I love that Jody spends the time to educate and answer all my questions. I also appreciate that she doesn’t try to up-sale me on unnecessary treatments and procedures. "I get laser here with Jody. The laser treatment itself has given me so much confidence! We all know bikini lines can be stubborn. I started back in Aug and I can get on the boat now without giving a second thought on if I need to shave. I did one treatment on my underarms, and OMG! That’s something I’ll continue. I did realize that exfoliating daily were I was getting laser helped 100%! Jody, is the kindest woman. She talks to you during your appointment so you’re distracted and not thinking about the laser. She’s understand and no judgement at all. She makes me and my niece feel so comfortable when getting our most sensitive areas done."
