The owner helped me on his day off to make sure I was able to get the uhaul and was a very nice guy overall. 5 star experience with him. 0 star experience with uhaul."

There were some problems with the paperwork that caused us to have to go back and do it over but luckily it wasn't a big deal and was understandable considering they were dealing with a rude customer who had just damaged a vehicle and a trailer.
