"I'm in crutches and my Mom is old and things were missing from our vehicle. It was old but very sentimental, it hasn't been the best day for my Mom today she had to tell the truck goodbye & she said she don't think she's cried that much since he passed. This was my late father's truck and the people didn't help us Clean it out and were rude and rolling their eyes. They acted like my Mom didn't know where to sign a title. 695 because they said it was a state tow and extra fees. Wouldn't give us our stuff unless we turned over the title."
