"Went into Beauty depot, where the lady was extremely rude. I went into purchase Saga hair, which she refused to show me, just kept saying very Expensive, telling me to look but don’t touch a cheaper brand of hair. Never would show me the brand I ask to see. After telling her how rude and unprofessional she was I left the store. Will not spend my money where I am not respect or appreciate."

I was furious with the owner that decided to follow me around the store and stand in the aisle with me to watch me and ensure I wasn't stealing. I would never return to this store for mistreatment and prejudice. I took myself and my hard earned money to another store that appreciated my patronage. ZERO STARS"

"DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT! BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! I have been buying my wigs from this establishment for the last year-and-a-half and I absolutely never had an issue with them. I've even recommended coworkers and friends and family to this place to get all their hair needs because I was just amazed at how satisfied I was with the quality of the hair that I received from this place. Until recently.... I purchase my favorite wig in the style hanaya from the freetress equal line and I purchased this wig over the past of a year-and-a-half maybe 4 times because I absolutely love this wig! But the last time that I bought this wig I noticed a difference in the parting space of the lace and as well as the tracks were not covered in the front of the wig. Keep in mind this is what the wig looked like straight out of the box. So I called him and told him that the wig look quite different than what it normally looks like when I purchased it from him so he told me to bring it in. So I brought it in and honestly wasn't even looking for an exchange or a refund because at the end of the day... he has to run a business just like I do and I understand that. But I was looking for some sort of "this was just a bad wig out of the batch" or let me sell you another wig same style half off or something of that nature. But not only did he tell me that I was a liar and that I wore the wig but that I did something to it! I do not even know how to pluck a wig only thing I like to do is get it straight out-of-the-box, shake it and put makeup on it and go there was no makeup on this wig and I never have worn it. Now his wife I don't have a problem with she is the sweetest thing she always speaks to me and she always so very nice. But I refuse to spend my hard-earned on money on someone who not only called me a liar to my face but told me that plain as day that he would not do anything for me and there wasn't anything he could do for me even though I have recommended him countless of times to family members and friends and co workers. Also another thing is my best friend speaks the same language as both him and his wife. And she has come with me to pick out my wigs and they shamelessly talk about people and about how they look when they come into the store. They dont suspect that she speaks the same language as them because she is of darker complexion like myself. And I should have known when I first heard them talk about people the way that they do that I should have known right then and there that this was a place that I should not be spending my money at. But it is a very convenient hair location because it's just down the street from where I live but I will travel all the way to Jackson Mississippi to buy my wigs the next time if I can get better customer service than this. Please you have been warned do not spend your hard-earned money here and do not spend your money at a place where they take your money from you and talk about you right in front of your face!"
