"Kindness, helpfulness, phone etiquette, and listening skills are difficult to find these days by customers. These qualities I witnessed and appreciated today from the Walgreens employees on Florence Blvd. Thank you"

"The employees were very friendly, no greeting but when I went to pick up some pictures I had sent online to be printed I was surprised to see someone working in the photo department and I was helped and checked out quickly. The store itself was clean and I really liked the merchandise and all the sales. This review is based on the retail part. I have not used their pharmacy."

"They never answer phones. I try calling at different times of day. Prescriptions never ready the time they tell me they will be, even if called a day ahead they miss something somehow. They're super busy bc they had to take over another companies customers I think? I don't fault for that. Just saying, if u want ur prescriptions go somewhere else bc they're just way too swamped."

"Normally small wait time, but ever since they have taking on Milner Rushing customers, wait time last 4 visits has been 30 mins plus. Prescriptions have not been ready when on line stated they were. Had considered switching pharmacy before to Milner Rushing, but now I guess CVS. Only reason we've stayed this long was because of Dr Brett, pharmacist. Outanding individual, kind courteous, and professional. But at this point, good doesn't out weigh the bad. So much for a 30 year customer."

"If you need your prescriptions filled, go somewhere else. My wife had 4 sent in on Wednesday, she had a notification they were ready for pickup that afternoon. I went by on my way home (several miles out of my way) and was told the 3 were waiting to be delivered Thursday. I didn't know it was 4 medications I was to pick up. On Thursday (after a grueling 10 hour shift) I went by to pick them up. They told me it would be in on Friday, after another notification was sent it was ready. They then went to see if they had the medications in stock, and low and behold, they DID! I had to wait 30 minutes to get them. I got home to find out they only filled 3 of the 4 with my wife being out of the one we didn't get. I know help is hard to get these days, but to outright LIE to someone that needs medication, MULTIPLE TIMES, it's inexcusable. Would recommend this pharmacy be shut down until they find someone that will do their job. As a side note, none of these medications are in short supply and readily available anywhere else."
