"I made an appointment and blocked my schedule to have my eyebrows touched up and lip blushing. when I got there I was told my provider was not coming in that day and didn't anyone call me to tell me that? nope, I only got a message confirming my appointment that day. made another appointment, blocked my schedule, and showed up this morning 7 Minutes early. the door is locked, there are no lights on. I got in my car to wait. someone shows up 10 minutes later looking like they just rolled out of bed and unlocked the door. I wait an additional 5 minutes to give them time to get settled. I walk in she says hello, she looks frazzled and no acknowledgement about being late. she asks me if I'm new and I say yes. she tells me let me get your paperwork. I sat there for 15 minutes while she's in another room on the phone. needless to say, I walked out. I am an esthetician and a business owner. if you are in this industry you need to present yourself differently. you need to advertise what you do for a living. I would never show up to work looking like I just rolled out of bed in a ratty sweatshirt. I will always call a client if I am running late so that they don't have to wait. I am all about customer service and my goal is to provide the best you have ever had and if I am lacking in it I will make it up to you. I have given this place two tries; the unprofessionalism will keep me from ever considering going back."
