"DO NOT USE ANY COCKRELLS LOCATION! This place lied to insurance about the vehicle being done so we lost the rental car. The estimate went from $5-6000 to $13000 after multiple adjustments. Then when we picked up the car it was obviously not repaired all the way and what was done was not of any quality. The car ended up having to go to a second shop that ended up filing it as a total loss. After months and $13000+ In work. And not to mention they’re refusing to refund our deductible even though the car was never fixed."

"Instead of replacing a body trim part (Which was requested.), they did a terrible job of trying to repair it. They are in the midst of rectifying that mistake, but that alone is keeping them from getting a 1 star rating. I will update this post when the proper repair is complete."
