"This was my first visit to this office. I was referred by my dentist for a tooth pull and implant. When I tell you, this experience went way better that I anticipated. The staff as well as the Dr were professional and courteous. They explained everything they were doing through the process. I had no pain during the procedure and It was over very quickly. I am currently two days out and only had to take pain medication the first night home. There is minimal jaw swelling. I am very pleased with my experience. Definitely recommend for implants. 10/10!"

"I cannot speak of Dr. Simmons because I never had the pleasure of meeting him; however his office staff is very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I arrived 25 minutes early for my appointment. Waited in the lobby area for over 50 minutes in a hit mask as I listened to personal conversations regarding “hoping school would reopen”, to “will my father still have his scheduled surgery on Friday”. I also endured office gossip “why am I ordering more gas when she told me this” and “we need to tell him we have too much money in the safe because he doesn’t know anything”, but I never was told “we are behind, but will be with you shortly.” Even upon leave the building I wasn’t addressed until 13 minutes later by TEXT which claims they were getting ready to call me to the back. The worst appointment I’ve had in decades. Never again!"
