"I paid $100 for the privileged of having my parts ruined. I came to this shop to have a flywheel match balanced and 6 mounting holes drilled. I first called and was quoted $50 for the balancing, but when I arrived the next day it had doubled to $100. As I was asking for quick service and eager to complete my project I consented. I wrote exactly what I needed on the invoice including the dimensions of the holes as well as written on the flywheel. When I came to pick up my flywheel he explained that because it "looked" neutral balanced he had not bothered to check it at RPM and had instead spun it by hand (ignoring the balancing service I was paying for) and had over drilled the holes specified at 25/64 to 13/32 because he had not read the invoice. They claim they cannot offer a refund and would instead do the work again when I bring them another flywheel ( I am not filled with confidence). If my experience is anything I would not recommend this shop if you want machine work done right."
