"Had a 4pm appointment for 6months. On the days leading up to the appointment, I received several email reminders. At 3:30pm, I arrive at the reception desk and no one is there. After 10 minutes, someone finally comes out and asks my name. She said, oh we tried to call you today. We no longer take appointments after 3pm, I need to reschedule. Ok...when you make this policy, you decide not to contact anyone who has an appointment after 3pm??? You wait until the day of the appointment to tell them to reschedule? And you continue to send emails saying the appointment is good?? The lady at the desk seemed completely floored that I was irritated. This new group that took over isn't very organized. Needless to say, I'm finding a new dentist that cares."

"At the time of my appointment no one was at front desk, also no information about what's going on or when somebody will be there. After 12 minutes I stepped in, found stuff and been talked they have a morning meeting. Why my appointment was set to the time of morning meeting? After very good cleaning by Jessica I was forced to see Dr.B, who checked my just 5 month ago, and after I expressed no need of will to be checked by the doctor this time. Surely I'd been charged 74.00 for 2 minutes of interaction with the doctor, that I didn't needed. To say I am upset it to say nothing Jessica did a very good job cleaning my teeth, but overall experience is very subpar."

"Due to my previous dentist shifting to a focus on orthodontics, I became a new patient of Dr. Taylor at StoneCreek Dental Care a couple months ago and I couldn't be more pleased!! At my first appointment Dr. Taylor identified an urgency to replace my oldest crowns (20+ years old, that we had been keeping an eye on with my previous dentist). After setting up the first appointment just before Thanksgiving, I can honestly say that Dr. Taylor took extra care to ensure I literally felt nothing during the removal of the old crowns and the installation of temporary crowns. After just one day, I totally forgot they were temporary crowns -- which was extra nice during Thanksgiving meals (and leftovers!). Now, having just completed my replacement crowns installation, I can say definitively that Dr. Taylor is the best dentist I have ever had!! After testing the initial fit of the new crowns, Dr. Taylor determined they were just a little too short, and after juggling his schedule the rest of the day, he was able to work with the lab to update the crowns and get them installed all in the same day as expected ... all pain free and completely accommodating to me. Dr. Taylor's attention to detail, genuine care for his patients, and overall drive for perfection make him HIGHLY recommended to anyone looking for outstanding dental care in the Huntsville/Madison area!! The entire staff at StoneCreek is equally enjoyable: from reception and scheduling to hygienists and assistants, all top notch and I look forward to many more years of service!!"
