"Usually I really enjoy going for a tightening, as it's quick and relatively painless (not counting the expected pain from said tightening) This time, I had someone different and had to get brackets added on my back molars, which was fine. However, there were several times where the wire cutters and other instruments were dragged across my over stretched and super dry lips and felt like I had micro cuts after the procedure . They were also multitasking and pulling on both sides of my mouth which I voiced my discomfort. Hopefully I'll get my usual lady next time. She was overseeing/training so maybe this lady was newer. She was nice, just seemed a little heavy handed, or unaware of how to efficiently address the patient's concerns/discomfort."
