"Your company installed Italian tile on last Fall 2018. After the Italians tile installed and dried. We found air pocket on the grout and grout are powdery. We called and they send a repairing tile profressional to fix all problems. He took bad grout out, clean all dust, put new matching grout than seal all new grout. He also fixed most of the gaps on the base board. They went beyond and take care of the problem! I am very please with their work and kept their promise!
