"We had Penny Earned remove an existing patio, and replace/enlarge it with stamped concrete. We absolutely love the finished product. It looks so much better, and really adds to the functionality of our back yard. The crew was great to work with, very professional, and were prompt with communication related to weather delays. UNFORTUNATELY, the concrete truck drove on our driveway and cracked the existing concrete. We pointed it out when the payment was picked up, and were told they’d ask to see if in fact the truck did use the driveway. We looked on our ring camera and provided a pic of the truck on our driveway. My husband and I both left numerous messages with the company, and have not heard back from them since. Moral of the story, they did a great job on the patio, but unfortunately haven’t displayed any integrity or customer service after the sale. ** Thanks for your reply. We are very aware how the cement needed to be delivered. You are missing the point. After spending $8,400 (and paying promptly) we don’t even deserve a phone call to discuss this? We’re not trying to get something for nothing, but rather working to find a solution. It’s unfortunate you choose to dismiss us (especially since this is a Veteran owned business, and my husband served 32 years) and hide behind a computer to respond. It doesn’t matter that someone is in business 40 years or 40 minutes, it’s about customer service."
