"Katelyn at the eastern Blvd location took my payment last month and while I typically deal with Millbrooks Victoria and kamryn (I love them, amazing ladies there) when I have draft issues, she was rude, unprofessional, and made it seems as if I was inconviencing her with my call to make my payment. I am highly displeased with her treatment and mannerisms with me during that call. I get that she may have just woken up but the call over all was highly unsatisfactory. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but I felt as if she couldn't have cared less to assist me that day. If I ever have to speak with her again I will find a way to go to my Millbrook office for assistance that risk that ladies bad attitude."

"This is the worse customer service I have experienced in a LONG time. As a NY'er, I am use to people who are nonchalant about the job given to there hands to do. But ROZ (sp may be wrong) on Eastern Blvd was HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Her attitude of I DONT CARE was over the top. I needed a letter to provide proof of insurance, for court (simple, so I thought) she was adamant about her NO, saying they only provide declaration pages. When I asked for a corporate phone number she had me on hold for 10 minutes. Then came back to only tell me the internal number she had would not work for me but she will transfer me to her regional manager. The phone rang for 2 minutes before Victoria answered my call and solved my issue in 3 minutes."

"Got liability with them for 2 months with auto payments. If you don't cancel within 10 days prior due day cancellation fee is $50, no cancellation over the phone you have to go to their office for that during working hours. In my case they charge me the whole premium for another month after cancel $82. Went there a second time to re-cancel and make sure they stop taking money of my account and now they just text me my payment its due in 5 days. I dare them to go ahead a take another payment of my account. Refund?! Sit, wait and pray. Don't recommend this company!"

"This insurance company is a mess especially the corporate office. They say one thing and do another, they told me I wouldn’t have to pay a down payment and gave me a set price I will have to pay monthly then received a bill statement saying a whole different amount. Then the rep said it’s because I didn’t pay the down payment that’s why the balance is much higher. I told the rep All the notes was in the system and then they say they don’t see any notes. This company is not right they will screw you over. Be careful I will say do your research and please don’t setup on automatic draft because they will raise the price on you."
