"I booked an appointment by calling the day prior. The man on the phone asked me what time would I like to come in. I said, “Whatever time is most convenient for you.” He replied, “Can you do 10:30?” I said, “That’s perfect.” The next day I come in a few minutes before 10:30. The barber finished cutting a guy’s hair and asked me if I was his 10:30 appointment and I said, “Yes sir.” He invited me to sit in the barber’s chair, buttoned me up, asked what cut I wanted and was about to cut my hair. Then another guy walked in and the Barber asked him when was his appointment. The man replied, “10:30.” The Barber asked me if I booked an appointment, and I said I called in yesterday. The Barber replied, “Well then you didn’t book one.”…. The Barber’s do a great job at cutting hair, but their customer service is trash. If I call you and you tell me to come in at an agreed time, I’m going to show up expecting a haircut…I booked an appointment, but you just overbooked yourself, so you tried to make it seem like it was my fault."
