"Great selection, bought $175 pair of the cloud “waterproof” hiking shoes stepped in a small puddle and they leaked right through. They will not accept return because they have been worn. Update: Would like to commend AO service for stepping up and standing behind this item, they were very helpful to address the issue and provide customer satisfaction. Changed review from two stars to three for their customer service, would go back if looking for outdoor sporting apparel."

"Kara was incredibly helpful when I came in wanting to replace my worn out oncloud shoes. She helped me find the perfect shoes that fit my feet. Everyone there greeted me and I felt welcomed and not ignored like some of the other outfitter stores I went to in search of shoes."

"I recently bought some running shoes from here and I ran once in them and realized that they rubbed my feet extremely bad. I went back to the store and tried to return them TWO days after I bought them. They would not let me return them or even give me a store credit. I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life. If anyone needs to get some running shoes DO NOT go here it isn't worth it. If I could give this place zero stars I would."

"Horrible experience. Bought a pair of Hoka shoes. I decided they were too narrow and returned them the next day. I wore the left shoe in the store for less than a minute. I wore both shoes in my home for less than 5 minutes. The store manager said the shoes show wear and would not do a refund. There was no wear. This store is grossly overpriced. I only bought these she's because they have an MSRP the store has to follow. I try to support local business but it's really difficult when they obviously don't care about the customer....... Update I spoke to a really nice person at the corporate office today. He was able to work out my issues."
