"One of my favorite pairs of shoes had become squeaky to the point of not wanting to wear them any more. I took it in to Homewood Shoe Hospital and Victor had it sorted out in about 15 minutes. I experienced such great customer service and the price was unbeatable."

"Update: I picked up my shoes a few days ago. I have been walking in them tons and they are beyond comfortable. When I dropped them off to be fixed, they were so loud and the heels were all messed up. Now you can barely hear them and so so comfortable. I appreciate the care you guys put into them and having them done before I fly out of town. Thank YOU!! I am so appreciative and I 100% percent recommend this place. "Victor has been doing my shoe lifts for the past year now. He is able to get the exact color of the bottom of the shoe and it is hard to tell a lift is even added. The quality and price are unmatched. He and his daughter do an amazing job with tremendous customer service. Can’t recommend enough."

"I have had two pairs of my favorite shoes resoled/repaired here and both feel the same as new, or better than new. Cowboy boots that originally cost me $200 I had repaired for $70. Jungle style leather boots that originally cost me $180 that were repaired for $80. For under half the price of buying a new pair and getting to keep my favorite shoes; I say this place is a win. They are very honest about prices and work is completed on time. I will continue to use this store for years to come. It also feels good to re-use something for once instead of just throwing it away."

"Dropped my Frye harness boots off to get new heels as the old ones had become brittle and chipping apart. I am very pleased with how they turned out. They even treated the leather. They were also kind enough to ship the boots back to me as I travel for work and was just passing thru Birmingham at the time I left them. They seem busy over there so I would expect to be without your boots for a week or two. So plan accordingly. It’s def worth it knowing they are in good hands and the job will be done right! Thanks!"
