"I had take my (9yo) boy to great clips. He asked for long cut on top, styled with a star shaved over his ear. They did a terrible job! He was embarrassed to be seen. So I called Fade Factory 256 to see if they could fix it. They had me send some pictures and set me up an appointment. Moe did a FANTASTIC job getting rid of the ugly thing they shaved on my baby's head and gave him much better stars on the other side. In addition to the great cut: the staff was super friendly and welcoming and the shop itself was cool. I watched a few other costumers come and go while I waited on my son and every single one looked 100% better when they left. 5/5 Highly Recommend!"
