"Walked into a service based business that is probably less than 200sqft, full of people and not one person took the opportunity to make the slightest gesture that someone had entered their business. They did take the opportunity to make a horrible first impression. Again I sat here for 10 minutes with still no acknowledgement that I may be there for a service they provide. As they seemed more interested in talking to each other while the place emptied out of terrible looking cuts, I left the premises and will never go back."
