"Nothing worse than overpaying for a haircut and beard trim, hating it, and having to come home and fixing your beard lineup yourself. I told Zane I was happy with my beard line but he went ahead and cut it anyway. I told him I only wanted the depth taken out of my beard and to fade the side burns. Nope. Both sides were jacked and my neckline had 1/2 taken off. It’s hard to tell everything that was done in a brief moment when being turned around. I had to have him fix some blatant issues when being turned around the first time. Irregardless, I tried with two visits and I won’t be back. I figured 40 bucks for a cut and beard trim would not have these attention to detail issues. I always tip well and I still tipped Zane well but I’m afraid it was not worth it at all."

"I go with my man to get his cut and let me tell y'all, he looks so clean and handsome. Best haircut i’ve ever seen him with is at this place. The vibes and set up is really nice. Friendly staff. I’ve heard great things about all the barbers but he tried max and sticks with him because he knows he looks good afterward. (florence location) 10/10 recommend."

"Completely butchered my partners hair. He came in asking for a trim & they cut off almost all of his hair, 6+ months worth of growth gone. He said he “layered” it but it’s all cut the same length & looks so awful compared to how it looked prior. Listen to your customers, not every man wants the shortest hair possible. He went in with shoulder length hair , and they cut it to his chin. which was 100% NOT what he asked for. very unsatisfactory service & WILL NOT be coming back"

"Setup a time to come into this place. Had a decent experience last time. They have moved locations, but three different GPSs led me to the wrong place based on the new address. There isn't any phone number to contact these people to get any directions. I will not be paying them their $25 fee for my "no show" when I drove around for 15 minutes looking for the new spot. It's a shame, I kinda liked this place. I'll be going somewhere else."
