"Stood outside for 25 minutes in 30°F temperature for the workers to report 20 minutes late at opening at 9 a.m. No decency to let the customers outside the door to atleast sit inside the lobby out of the cold. Needing to be at work at 10 a.m. I got let in at 25 after 9. Then was told the two or three people who arrived in the parking lot first will seen first, when they go by ticket number not parking lot order. Either way you look at it even if not looking at the fact that they went before me, because of parking first, I still would have had enough time to be seen if the workers would have arrived on time."

"Updating my review. I’ve been going here almost 5 years, I never complained always getting the trainees or always getting my number called and being asked to take a seat back down and be told my wife will get you in a minute. Until today I finally got fed up with it and walked out, I’ve been passive about it the last 3 years but today I had to put my foot down because my time is valuable to. After sitting and waiting every-time anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half and being asked to sit back down and wait a few more minutes even though my number was called. They aren’t the only place in town and it’s not that difficult to shave a head and line up a beard, I know because o do it two weeks out of the month that I don’t go to Jonny B. I’m sore 99% of the people don’t have that issue but I’m will not be that 1% any longer."

"Jonny B is 1 cool dude. I drive 1hr and 35min from Pocahontas Tn to get the cleanest cutt and shave a man could get and not only do i love his work i also enjoy our conversations.. needles to say but when i leave his shop im feeling like a new man. Fresh!!! Thanks Jonny B."

"Been here a few times but things have really changed. Don't know names, but a guy who's typically there....I would consider him the head guy really messed up my hair. First problem was I wasn't facing a mirror when he was cutting it, then he actually bragged to me about how fast he cuts hair. I completely missed those warning signs, and now I have a high and tight flat top and look like a drill sargeant. I don't know what gave him the impression that's the way I wear my hair, but it's too late now."

"He's the best with my son! My son doesn't like getting a haircut and he's super patient and super fast with him. He also has an airplane chair and a car chair for kids to sit and play in while getting their hair done. He's the only person I let do my son's hair! I've started taking my 4year old niece as well."
