"I've dealt with this company for a while and honestly for the most part it's been good. So I don't rate them an overall 1 star. I did however have one negative experience where a tech talked and joked about me and the state of my care where I could hear her and the others. My feelings weren't hurt by it but given the situation I feel that a patient or parent could have really been upset by this. It was very unprofessional."
