"I've been with CMG for a little over 18 years. best practice Ever!!! I moved to north alabama for a few years, tried a few practices there, briefly. Maybe I was just spoiled or my expectation were to high, but CMG set those expectations,so i decided i would rather drive.2 1/2 hours to CMG than to be disappointed. Ms.Paulette has been my sons nurse since day 5 of life. Neither him nor I can or will except less than her. She set the standard. Dr.Denton is literally the best!!!! All 3 of my children actually enjoy a dr. Appointment. Not only do i trust her, they trust her. Dr.Denton geniunely listens to her patients and cares.. If a child comes in for routine or sick visit, she thoroughly diagnosis the problem, but always takes those few mins to actually ask connect with each child. She is a pro with teenagers. She doesnt judge. She helps. I literally can not say enough good things about CMG, Dr.Denton, and Ms. Paulette."

"I wouldn’t rate if I DIDN'T HAVE TOO! My daughter was having some problems. I called and NO ONE WOUKD TAKE ME SERIOUSLY! “Well mom try this” “well mom do this” like I’m stupid! And they wouldn’t let me talk straight to the doctor. I finally just went in and the doctor even treated me like I was stupid! I finally switched doctors."

"The doctors are great especially Dr. Tindle. The staff/ front desk nurses needs training on customer service. Unfortunately, it seems that some nurses are only into for the money and really hate their jobs and hate dealing with people. STOP DOING NURSING JUST FOR THE MONEY!!!!!!! You will get your feelings hurt or yourself hurt talking to people crazy and being rough with people's children... Ms. Paulette is okay."

"My daughter had trouble gaining weight after she was born. Every time I went in for a weight check there was different advice given-everything from "maybe the birth weight was wrong" to "give her (at not even 2 months old) rice cereal." There were different medical students each time we went so we ended up having to discuss things with a student and then with the doctor again afterwards. They also struggled with the math to figure out how much milk my daughter should be getting. Wait times were always long, sometimes 45 minutes or more. After our last weight check in before my daughter's two month appointment we were told there would be no charge since it was just a weight check. We just got a $30 bill for it in the mail. I switched doctors after that last visit and the front desk told me that my new doctor's policy of requesting medical records before an appointment was stupid. I've since switched to Over the Mountain Pediatrics and it is worlds away better. The waiting area is bright and clean and the staff is friendly. Our new doctor said that my daughter was at a perfectly acceptable weight. I hate that I spent so much time in my first weeks of motherhood needlessly worrying, and I hate that we were duped into spending so much extra money on multiple "free" weight checks. Don't waste your time here."

"Both Tindle and Denton are amazing if you can ever see them. The wait is ridiculous. The front desk staff has gotten better. The lady they had when we first started coming here was ridiculously rude and unhelpful."
