"Went to pick up my engagement ring today. I figured it would be a quick stop, go in and get it, but that wasn't the case. I understand someone was in front of me, but she wanted something fixed and it's usually a process with paper work and stuff. The lady that was helping her could have stopped and gave me my ring that literally took 5 seconds to give to me and I could have went on about my day and she could have went back to the other customer. They don't seem to have good customer service. Pretty sure they have no training ether."

"Customer service and satisfaction is out the door here. If their system is down go find another store as you will not be buying here. Makes you wonder what they did before computers. Good opportunity for improvements"

"I wish I was here to post a positive review but I’m not. I have had my ring rhodium plated a few times at Kay’s. Each time it cost me around $50. I recently needed it refreshed and sent my husband to drop it off. He came back with a receipt where they charged him $200. How does a service go from 50 to 200???? So I called up there and asked them how much they charged for rhodium plating (not knowing who I was or that they had my ring). They lady said around $50. I said ok that’s what I thought… so can you tell me why My husband was charged $200? She kinda tripped over her words saying I would need to come in. So I went up there after hanging up. I walked in and the manager was standing there and I told her I had my ring rhodium plated there a few times over the years and always paid around 50 and she shook her head as if she was in agreement and I told her my husband was charged 200. Then she proceeds to say… “oh well that’s the price now”. I replied so do you want to tell me why I spoke to someone 30 minutes ago and they quoted me $50. She looked frustrated and said fine I will honor it but I need your husbands card. I didn’t have it so I went back the next day. The lovely (sarcasm) manager was not there so the lady working had to call her to ask what to do. The manager tells her to just knock off $100! That’s not HONORING the price!!!! The lady was very kind and apologized to me and made it right. Fast forward to 3 weeks later. Still had not been called to let me know my ring was ready so I went in and of course it was there. As the manager handed it to me instead of being kind and thanking me for my business she said “for now on the new price is what it is”. I shook my head ok and left knowing they would NEVER see me or have my business ever again. It’s not the price that bothered me. It was the lies and way I was treated. This place needs new staff and learn to get their stories/ prices straight for future customers."

"My husband and I came in looking at a possible Anniversary gift and Jill was amazing!!!! I was able to tell her a little about my style and she just connected with me and showed me pieces she knew would fit my personality. Jill was professional,kind and understanding. This was very refreshing for me I was a little on edge because of the ongoing issues I had at the Kay's in the Galleria Mall. Jill brought back the faith I was loosing in Kay's."

"I love when they have specials around the holidays which make gifting easier and less expensive. I am also glad that they stay in great condition even if you don't get the warranty."
